As a first-generation Iranian Jew born to refugee parents in Los Angeles, Sam’s diverse heritage and personal experiences have deeply influenced his commitment to justice and equality.

Having been an employee in the workforce, Sam has a unique perspective and a strong drive to represent persons who have been wronged by their employers. These experiences, combined with his dedication to giving back to the community, have shaped his legal practice.

Sam established Legally Queer to provide the LGBTQIA+ community with reliable legal resources and representation. His goal is to help individuals overcome the misconception that they need substantial financial means or traditional, cisgender status to achieve justice. Sam is known for his strategic and comprehensive approach to legal representation, striving to protect and advocate for the LGBTQIA+ community.
