Overview

Kelley is an Associate Attorney at JLG Lawyers.  She attended University of California, Los Angeles where she received a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature.  Kelley later attended Southwestern Law School where she earned her J.D.  While in law school, Kelley worked as a law clerk for civil litigation firms, and at Warner Bros. and Lionsgate Entertainment, and where she obtained experience in civil litigation and entertainment law.  During law school, Kelley obtained the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for the course Entertainment Law.

Since graduating from law school, Kelley has worked as a civil litigation attorney where she gained extensive experience in employment, governmental liability, personal injury, civil rights, and commercial litigation. Most recently, Kelley has focused almost exclusively on employment matters and has successfully represented employees in all aspects of labor and employment litigation, including claims for retaliation, discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour violations, and breach of contract.  She has represented employees on an individual basis for claims brought under the California Fair Employment and Housing Act (“FEHA”) and under the Labor Code.  Kelley is admitted to practice in California and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.

Kelley is a Los Angeles, California native and second-generation attorney who is dedicated to providing legal representation to injured employees in California. When she isn’t practicing law, Kelley enjoys the arts, nature, and spending time with family and friends.
