David Argueta

David is a Senior Trial Litigation Paralegal who is passionate about assisting clients who have suffered personal injury and/or loss. Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, David obtained his Bachelor’s Degree at the University of Los Angeles. Not long after graduating college, David attended UCLA Extension where he obtained his Paralegal Certificate. 

With more than 7 years in the personal injury field, David has worked for well-known personal injury firms, where he gained invaluable litigation experience and trial experience. David has extensive knowledge and involvement working on personal injury cases to include catastrophic injury, wrongful death, premise liability, negligence, assault and motor vehicle accidents. David’s responsibilities as Senior Trial Paralegal for JLG Lawyers include preparing trial documents and trial binders in California state courts. David also performs numerous litigation duties including drafting discovery requests/responses, mediation briefs, witness and materials for depositions, expert designations and case management. 

David is a big advocate for healthy living and to adventure out in life. David’s hobbies consist of working out daily, being a foodie and going to the beach. When David isn’t doing paralegal work, he’s wandering the world checking off destinations from his bucket list.
