Senior Associate Attorney

Jonathan A. Goldstein, Esq. is a native of Los Angeles, California.  He is devoted to providing legal services and representation to clients in civil litigation, administrative matters, mediation, arbitration, legal compliance training, and day-to-day legal advice and counsel to clients in the Greater Los Angeles area, the nine cities of the Coachella Valley, and throughout the California High Desert communities.

For the past eleven years, he has served the public in the role of a Judge Pro Tempore in nine different county Superior Courts around the State. Over the past seven years, Mr. Goldstein has served as a Special Master appointed by the State Bar of California and volunteering to serve in every county in the state. Mr. Goldstein’s has additionally served the public in the role of an Arbitrator that presides over attorney-client fee dispute cases on behalf of the State Bar of California, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the Beverly Hills Bar Association, and the Santa Monica Bar Association.

Mr. Goldstein is often requested to become involved in bitter disputes with an eye to their prompt resolution, avoiding, if possible, substantial legal fees and costs required for extended litigation and trial. His reputation, character, and integrity are well known among the bar associations and broader legal community around Southern California, which has led to numerous early resolutions and settlements of highly contentious cases.
