Associate Attorney
Joseph believes that work is the great equalizer — the thread that connects nearly every person. People give their time, autonomy, and sometimes even their dignity in exchange for the means to survive. But when that thread is manipulated or broken by those with more power, someone must step up. That’s where Joseph comes in.
Before becoming an attorney, Joseph lived the working-class life. He built stages, suffered injuries on the job, and showed up the next day because he couldn’t afford not to. He’s slept outside, chosen food over electricity, and experienced firsthand what it feels like to be discarded by an employer who once called him “family.”
Joseph became a lawyer not because he thought the system was fair, but because he knew it could be, if someone was willing to fight for it. Now, he represents workers in discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination cases throughout California. His mission is simple: protect those who’ve been pushed to the edge. No one should feel powerless at work, and everyone deserves to be seen, heard, and fought for.
Joseph is committed to building your case — and your future — together.
