Michael Pearson

Paralegal

Overview

Michael has been litigating employment cases since 1992. For more than twenty-five years, he was practicing law in the Midwest and New England, representing individual employees for several years, and management for several more. He followed his wife to the farthest corner of the country after she landed a job in LA in 2018.

Born and raised in New Jersey, Michael got his B.A. from Oberlin College in Ohio. He graduated magna cum laude from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in Cleveland, which earned him a clerkship with Stewart A. Newblatt in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan in Flint. After his two-year Flint-stint, he returned to Cleveland to start practicing law. In 2005, he re-located to New Hampshire to be nearer his family of origin.

Having looked at employment law from both sides now, Michael still relishes the opportunity to learn the details of someone’s career and life and discern the personalities that animate every challenging working environment. He remains committed to vindicating employment rights so that we all have safer places to work, live and thrive.
