Nicole Clancy

Associate  Attorney

Nicole is an Associate Attorney at JLG Lawyers.  She attended San Francisco State University where she received a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Human Resources.  She later attended Southwestern Law School where she earned her J.D.  While in law school, she also attended Humboldt University School of Law in Berlin, Germany where she received Certificates of Advanced Study and Training in Mediation and Dispute Resolution.  In addition, she studied at Universidad de Buenos Aires School of Law in Buenos Aires, Argentina.  While in law school, Nicole worked as a law clerk and obtained extensive experience in civil litigation, personal injury and workers’ compensation. 

After graduating from law school, Nicole worked as an associate attorney for labor and employment firms and as solo practitioner. She successfully represented employees in all aspects of labor and employment litigation, including claims for wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, breach of contract and wage and hour violations.  She litigated numerous wage and hour class actions with claims for unpaid wages, failure to provide meal and rest breaks, and claims brought under the Private Attorneys General Act (“PAGA”).  She also represented employees on an individual basis for claims brought under the California Fair Employment and Housing Act (“FEHA”).  Nicole is admitted to practice in California and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
