Rex Phillips

Rex Phillips graduated from Glendale University College of Law with Honors and has been practicing in a wide variety of general and complex litigation for 20 years and is extremely accomplished in all manner of litigation. For the last 8 years, Rex’s primary focus has been litigating complex employment cases on behalf of employees ranging from Discrimination, Retaliation, Harassment, Whistleblower, and Wrongful Termination cases to large Class Action Wage and Hour lawsuits. Prior to focusing on employment law, Rex spent many years representing both Plaintiffs and Defendants managing and litigating large caseloads of consumer litigation cases, complex real property foreclosure actions, business contractual disputes, as well as medical malpractice actions. Rex’s experience working for both Plaintiffs and big law Defense Firms provides him with the unique ability to analyze cases effectively and successfully from all angles.
