Who is Michael Jaurigue?

Michael Jaurigue founded JLG Lawyers in 2009 and now serves as the firm's managing partner and principal trial attorney. He has 26 years of experience in complex litigation and has spent the last ten years representing employees in workplace disputes.

Before focusing on employee advocacy, Mike worked as a defense litigator for large corporations. This experience helps him understand employer strategies and prepare strong employment cases.

He handles cases involving wrongful dismissal, workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblower claims, wage and hour violations, and other employment disputes.
