Joanne Eloi is an Associate Attorney at JLG Lawyers. Born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, Ms. Eloi’s family migrated to the Bay Area and settled in Northern California in the early 1990s. Ms. Eloi is a dedicated and passionate proponent for all Haitians and fellow immigrants. Over the years, Ms. Eloi has been actively advocating and working for the Haitian community by volunteering for her church and serving those in need. Ms. Eloi is a graduate of Oakwood University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree major in English and minor in Music: Vocal Performance, followed by her Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. While in law school, Ms. Eloi volunteered in the Debt Relief Bankruptcy Clinic as well as the Domestic Violence Assistance Project. Ms. Eloi’s passion for the law has fueled her desire to serve the Haitian community in the Bay Area and Los Angeles areas. In her spare time, Ms. Eloi is a devoted mother who likes to travel, shop, and spend time with her close friends and family.
